The 2025 Greater Newburyport Green Expo is a family-friendly event dedicated to fostering sustainability and building resilience in our community. This engaging day will offer attendees the chance to connect with local exhibitors, community leaders, businesses, and environmental groups, all while discovering practical solutions to combat climate change and its impact on our lives, jobs, economy, and environment.
The expo will bring together a diverse group—students, families, businesses, parents, grandparents, government officials, and nonprofit organizations—encouraging dialogue, deepening understanding, and creating a shared approach to climate action.
Focus areas will include tangible actions such as making sustainable food choices, reducing waste, enhancing recycling and composting efforts, flood-proofing properties, and improving energy conservation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the city's climate resilience plans and explore how individuals can contribute to both their local communities and global sustainability efforts.
