This critical film, co-directed by David Abel and Ted Blanco, reveals the perils of Boston’s decision to build a new district on landfill at sea-level despite early warning of sea-level rise by some of its own world-renowned scientists. The film will be followed by a conversation with director David Abel, moderated by a member of the Storm Surge Board of Directors.
